Terms Of Service


Services Provided


Waste Not Wanted Pet Waste Removal (“Service Provider”) agrees to visit the client’s property to remove and properly dispose of dog waste according to the selected service plan, which may include:

  • Weekly service
  • Bi-weekly service
  • Monthly service
  • One-time cleanups

All waste is collected, bagged, and disposed of in accordance with local regulations.


Service Day & Yard Access


  • The client agrees to provide clear, unobstructed access to the yard on the scheduled service day.
  • Gates must be unlocked, pets secured, and yard free of hazards.
  • If access is unavailable, the visit may be skipped and still billed.


Pets in Yard During Service


  • Dogs may remain in the yard only if they are friendly and non-aggressive.
  • If a dog prevents safe access or poses a risk, service may be skipped or rescheduled at the provider’s discretion.


Weather Policy


  • Services continue in light rain, heat, or cold.
  • Severe weather (lightning, ice, flooding, unsafe yard conditions) may result in delayed or rescheduled service.


Initial Cleanup & Waste Volume


  • Yards that have not been cleaned within the past week may require a one-time initial cleanup fee.
  • Excessive waste volume may result in additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.


Waste Disposal Options


  • Standard service includes disposal in the client’s trash receptacle.
  • Optional haul-away disposal is available for an additional fee per visit.


Payment Terms


  • Services are billed monthly for subscription services.
  • Payments are due in advance and may be set up on auto-pay.
  • Missed or failed payments may result in paused service.
  • Payments are non-refundable once service has been completed for the billing period.

Holidays


  • Waste Not Wanted Pet Waste Removal observes all major holidays - New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th Of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day
  • Service for holiday weeks may be rescheduled. No additional fees apply.


Yard Conditions & Limitations


The provider is not responsible for:

  • Waste concealed by tall grass, leaves, snow, or debris
  • Damage to lawns, landscaping, irrigation systems, or hidden items
  • Hazards such as holes, sharp objects, or yard debris

Service will be limited to accessible and visible areas.


Cancellation Policy


  • Clients may cancel service at any time with 24-hour notice.
  • Same-day cancellations may still be billed.
  • Waste Not Wanted Pet Waste Removal reserves the right to cancel service due to safety concerns or non-payment.


Satisfaction Guarantee


If the client believes an area was missed, they may request a free return visit within 24 hours of service completion.


Liability Disclaimer


Waste Not Wanted Pet Waste Removal is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing yard conditions
  • Pet illness or injury unrelated to service
  • Damage caused by client pets
  • Injuries resulting from unsafe yard conditions

Service is performed with reasonable care and professionalism.


Agreement Acceptance


By scheduling or receiving service, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above.
